Ken Lancaster has been providing legal advice since 1980 in the area of family law.
In his early years Ken gained experience as Duty Counsel assisting in various family court matters.
For seven years Ken acted as a children’s lawyer appointed by the Office of the Children’s Lawyer.
Currently, Ken acts on behalf of clients in all aspects of family law including representation in family court or in negotiating separation agreements, including child and spousal support and property division. His law office is located in Oshawa, Ontario.
Ken has been active in the community at large and sat as a Director on various boards, including Oshawa District Credit Counseling, Simcoe Hall Settlement House, John Howard Society, Durham District Recycling Inc. He has been actively involved in his church and daughter’s hockey team.
